1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lion's Den Plumbing Co. services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Lion's Den Plumbing Co. Message types include appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, follow-ups, customer support, and promotional offers including special offers and discounts.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and service updates. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you, or to (602) 595-9132. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Services

Lion's Den Plumbing Co. provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including repairs, installations, drain cleaning, and maintenance throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lion's Den Plumbing Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
