Lion's Den Plumbing provides professional residential and commercial plumbing services in the Phoenix Metro area, including but not limited to emergency services, repairs, maintenance, and new installations. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of the project requirements.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We strive to provide timely service to all our customers. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency dispatch times are estimates and may vary based on current call volume and traffic conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. For large projects or new construction, a deposit may be required before work commences. Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lion's Den Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
